Welcome to the Lawton and Allied Families Association.
We are the descendants of the Lawton and Robert Families of South Carolina.
Much of our family history is chronicled in Our Family Circle, compiled by Annie Elizabeth Miller in 1931 (J.W. Burke Company, Macon, Georgia). A digitized version of the text is available through Ancestry.com.
2026 Annual Meeting
We're trying a different schedule this year to better coordinate with the Huguenot Society with which we share a lot of members. We're meeting in Charleston on April 12 (a Sunday evening) and at Edisto Island on Monday, the 13th.
